        潘志方,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,物理學(xué)學(xué)士、醫(yī)學(xué)碩士、上海交通大學(xué)計算機軟件與理論工學(xué)博士,IEEE高級會員,國際會議International Conference on Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning (PRML 2022)程序委員會主席,擁有生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)型專業(yè)型碩士研究生、來華留學(xué)生學(xué)術(shù)型博士研究生招生資格,附屬第一醫(yī)院浙江省智慧醫(yī)療工程技術(shù)研究中心重點實驗室科研人員、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程研究生課程《醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)智能分析》、來華留學(xué)生《計算機應(yīng)用》本科全英語課程和臨床本科微專業(yè)課程《醫(yī)學(xué)影像智能分析》的發(fā)起人創(chuàng)始人主講人,危重癥醫(yī)學(xué)&急診醫(yī)學(xué)臨床研究生課程《危重癥智能化救治》的主要授課人,研究方向為醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)的研究、臨床應(yīng)用及產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化。

        現(xiàn)任溫州醫(yī)科大學(xué)信息技術(shù)中心副主任、歐美同學(xué)會常務(wù)副會長(僑留聯(lián)常務(wù)副主席)、省僑聯(lián)特聘專家、中國致公黨溫州市監(jiān)督委委員、溫州市衛(wèi)健委特約監(jiān)督員。中華醫(yī)學(xué)會教育技術(shù)分會網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用與管理學(xué)組副組長、中國教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略學(xué)會教育信息化專業(yè)委員會理事、浙江省生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)會第九屆理事、中國體視學(xué)會智能成像分會委員、中國醫(yī)藥教育協(xié)會智能醫(yī)學(xué)專委會常委、全國高等院校計算機基礎(chǔ)教育研究會智能技術(shù)應(yīng)用專委會常委。溫州市551人才,溫州市網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全應(yīng)急處置專家小組成員。

        長期從事生物與信息的融合、醫(yī)學(xué)和教育大數(shù)據(jù)分析等研究,擅長將機器學(xué)習(xí)、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的算法應(yīng)用于醫(yī)學(xué)和教育領(lǐng)域。關(guān)注醫(yī)學(xué)圖像等大數(shù)據(jù)的分析和處理,同時也從事醫(yī)療和教育大數(shù)據(jù)的平臺架構(gòu)和分析框架的構(gòu)建應(yīng)用研究,并由以上主題衍生出有關(guān)可解釋深度學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的架構(gòu)、加速和優(yōu)化處理?,F(xiàn)在涉及的課題主要圍繞各類疾病、神經(jīng)影像和腫瘤的分割、分類、識別和預(yù)測等。曾在美國北卡羅來納大學(xué)教堂山分校IDEA實驗室和俄亥俄大學(xué)計算機系科研訪學(xué)、波蘭盧布林醫(yī)科大學(xué)教學(xué)進修。

        主持參與有關(guān)疾病智能化診治、醫(yī)學(xué)影像數(shù)據(jù)的分割與配準、醫(yī)學(xué)影像統(tǒng)計形態(tài)分析、高校公共基礎(chǔ)信息標準化、復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)社團結(jié)構(gòu)分析等國家自然、省重大研發(fā)計劃、省自然、教育廳和市重大科技創(chuàng)新計劃;發(fā)表高水平論文50余篇,其中NeuroImage等一區(qū)TOP期刊16篇,高被引論文7篇其中熱點論文4篇;已經(jīng)授權(quán)發(fā)明專利8項,其中有關(guān)影像數(shù)據(jù)的分割分類方法發(fā)明專利五項,區(qū)塊鏈相關(guān)發(fā)明專利一項,網(wǎng)絡(luò)異常預(yù)警分析發(fā)明專利一項,虛擬換衣方法一項。曾為多家SCI期刊審稿,包括《Information Fusion》、《IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging》、《IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering》、《Neurocomputing》、《Frontiers in Neuroscience》等。
